You are legally obliged to return batteries. You can return them after use in our shop, at a municipal collection point or in the local trade. Contaminated batteries come with a mark consisting of a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol and the chemical (Cd, Hg or Pb) provide for classification as a pollutant crucial heavy metal.



Under this sign you will also find the following symbols with the following meaning:
  • Pb: Battery contains lead
  • Cd: Battery contains cadmium
  • Hg: Battery contains mercury
